The Global Growth workshop program of three individual mentoring sessions supported by two full day workshops and a half day panel review will give you the knowledge to expand your established business into international markets.

The Global Growth Program will include strategic planning for overseas expansion, the selection of the market, the identification and selection of options for expansion, and planning the tactics. In the break between workshops you and your Mentre Mentor will meet in three one-on-one sessions to apply the concepts discussed to your expansion plans.
