The Commercialisation Workshop program will give you the knowledge to begin identifying and assessing business opportunities, gain insight into how to protect the value of these opportunities, and find and secure initial stakeholders. Business plan development, preparation of financial scenarios and learning how to present the business opportunity to external stakeholders will all be covered in the Commercialisation workshops.
